2015 CSC RX-3 Cyclone

This motorcycle is no longer available

We've only recently received the CSC RX-3 Cyclone, so we haven't had to much time to get on it and go for a ride. Our initial impressions so far is it's a pretty good bike. It indeed seems to be living up to the outstanding reviews it's getting and that's one of the reasons it was purchased.

What we like so far about the adventure tourer is it's ability to go the distance, quite literally. Don't expect to get there extremely fast, it's not a superbike. However it will cruise up to highway speeds just fine. When you get to your off-road trail you can expect the needle on the fuel gauge to have barley moved. With a 4.2-gallon tank and a 70-mpg fuel economy average this bike has no problem taking you to far off the beaten path places.

Some might scoff at the power of the bike. Just under 25-HP and 30 lb-ft of torque isn't a lot in comparison to other bikes in this category, but it seems to be more than adequate for the tasks of conquering the Washington countryside.

The plus side is the bike's light. The 250cc engine feel makes the bike very easy to maneuver around on a road.

Generous luggage that comes with the bike also makes it a gem for adventure touring. Add an optional tank bag and some buggies and you can easily haul enough for a weekend camping trip.

If you're a motorcyclist looking for an adventure in the Pacific Northwest, look no further than the CSC RX-3 Cyclone. It's perfect for an outdoor excision. With it's great fuel economy you'll be far away from everyone else on your adventure.
